For retention of the following items associated with an existing micro distillery granted under Planning Reference 15/25, construction of (I) a single storey plant room (31m2) to include MCC/ESB, Compressor Room and Boiler Room (ii) 1 No. silo (4.1m in height (iii) 3 No. LPG Tanks together with associated plinth and fencing. (iv) increase roof ridge and eaves height on an existing single storey outbuilding (v)retention of the change of use of part the single storey outbuilding (10m2) to a water plant room. I also intend to apply for permission for the change of use of a single storey outbuilding (39m2) to a storage building associated with the approved micro distillery. To construct (i) slatted shed with crush / handling area (ii) Roofed silage pit shed with straw storage (iii) Meal bins (iv) Existing beef shed to be converted into bonded warehouse and all associated site works

To replace roof of existing dwelling house and provide first floor accommodation consisting of bedroom with storage area together with all associated site works

For a new single storey extension to the rear of their existing private residence and all associated site works on lands
