For (1) retention of dwellinghouse as constructed (2) on revised site boundaries

Consisting of the renovation of an existing dwelling house, construction of an extension to the dwelling house and construction of an outhouse, provision of a waste water treatment plant, entrance improvements and all associated works and services. Gross floor space of proposed works: 53.1 sqm. Gross floor space of work to be retained; 45.8 sqm

To retain dwelling house and its services as constructed on revised site boundaries. Gross floor area of retained works: 157.8sqm

For: a) alterations to the existing dwelling first floor (100.11 sqm) which will include a study/bedroom & bathroom, b) alterations to the existing elevations including 3 dormers/ rooflights to the front elevation & c) a new treatment plant/percolation area and all associated site works. Gross floor space of proposed works: 100.11 sqm

For the following works; a) To retain a boatshed as constructed at the rear of the dwelling house, and b) To retain the dwelling house, and its services as constructed on a revised site boundary to that previously granted permission under planning reference 03/7060. Gross floor space of work to be retained: 168.7 sqm; 69.7 sqm
