Change of use from commercial to two one-bedroom apartments

(a) Conversion of 6 no. residential 1 bedroom apartments into 3 no. residential 2 bedroom dwellings. (b) New off street entrance doors, with hard landscaping to Mary Street, to include bin stores. (c) Construction of and/or remedial works to existing boundaries with adjacent properties. (d) New pedestrian entrance gates off Mary Street and Creagh Lane. (e) all associated site works

The construction of an internal porch at the west door of St. Mary's Cathedral, a Protected Structure. Works include the provision of an external handrail, the removal and remodelling of the existing internal wrought iron gate and its re-erection at the baptistery, and sundry related works

The construction of a new 12.5msq entrance lobby, Bon Secours Hospital signage and canopy. The works include minor alterations to existing facades; southern façade, one doorway changed to timber sash window to match existing, and two doorways blocked up to match existing finishes. Western façade, two new doors butting onto Limerick Institute of Technology George's Street Campus. Northern façade; one door blocked up, a window enlarged for a new doorway and a window widened. The change of use of existing storage building on Mary Street at to an education and research facility including demolition of existing storage facility 736 sqm and replacement with two storey education and research facility 697 sqm including office space, computer workstations, learning spaces and associated WC and changing facilities, a new entrance to Mary Street and new signage to Mary street. Associated landscape works and improved public access to Fanning’s Castle from Mary Street are proposed with upgrading of existing Mary Street gates and boundary.
