Both facilites shall include single storey pumphouses, utility yards and process water, waste water and miscellaneous bunded tanks, pipe bridges, miscellaneous items of external plant and equipment, 32m high discharge stacks and landscape features and associated car parking, internal roads, fencing, site lighting and utilities.
