Retention of an existing development on this site (Previous permission 11/4518). The development consists of an existing 36 metre high telecommunications support structure, antennae, equipment container and associated equipment within a fenced compound and access track. The development forms part of Vodafone Ireland Limited’s existing GSM and 3G Broadband telecommunications networks.

Permission to construct a new slatted livestock house, proposed slatted house to incorporate easy feed, crush & underground slatted slurry storage tank with external agitation & ancillary external concrete. The above to be carried out with all associated ancillary site works

(1) The demolition of existing extension and ancillary structures to existing dwelling house, (2) The construction of new extensions to existing dwelling house, (3) New entrance, alterations to elevations to existing dwelling and construction of domestic garage/garden store along with all associated site works.

Permission consequent on the grant of outline permission ref. no. 15/05287 to construct dwelling house, domestic garage, treatment system & all associated services.

(a) Construction of 2no. sections of forest road (of approx.25m and 98m in length) along with associated turning circles, to facilitate clearfelling, (b) the clearfelling, fallowing and replanting of existing conifer plantation within 5no. felling coupes on a cumulative afforested area of approximately 62.62ha to prevent turbulence effects on the permitted phase 2 of Glentanemacelligot Windfarm (Planning Ref. No. 08/10245 and An Bórd Pleanála Ref. No. 04.235930) and (c) all ancillary site works including drainage works, temporary compound and temporary spoil stockpile area, all on an overall site of 73.9ha. - Extension of duration of permission granted under planning reference: 14/06578 - An Bord Pleanala reference: PL04.245644
