Partial demolition works, alterations to the external elevation and the internal layout of the existing disused nursing home and construction of new extension (previous planning References N/816/86, 88/0281 and 02/2583). The proposed development will include a total of 18 no. bedrooms, associated ancillary rooms, offices and staff rooms for use as a nursing home. Other site works will include landscaping, the setting back and widening of exiting vehicular entrance, construction of a car park with 22 no. parking spaces, a covered refuse shed, 2 no. pump houses, an underground water storage tank and installation of a secondary waste water treatment unit and associated polishing filter and associated works. Extension of Duration of Permission granted under Planning Reference: 13/5490.

Permission for the renovation and extension of existing ruinous dwelling (which is a Protected Structure), to include new corrugated metal roof to existing dwelling, two storey extension to side linked with a single storey glazed link, relocation of existing vehicular entrance to the north, new wastewater treatment unit and all associated site works.

Permission for the construction of a two-storey detached dwelling house wastewater treatment system and percolation area, closing up of one existing vehicular entrance and alterations to second existing vehicular entrance and all ancillary site works.

To erect a part single storey, part storey and a half type dwellinghouse with detached domestic garage, septic tank and percolation area, site entrance and all associated site works.

Retention permission of an existing telecommunications support structure (previously granted under Plan Ref No. 09/4988) together with associated ground equipment within a fenced compound.

Construction of a dwelling, waste water treatment system and associated site works.
