For the construction of a new 2 storey extension to the side of Building 1 and demolition of the existing single storey extension including all ancillary site works associated with this development at Building 1. Gross floor space of proposed works: 314 sqm. Gross floor space of demolition: 48 sqm

For the construction of a new 2 storey extension to the rear of Building 1, the construction of a new 2 storey entrance lobby including new external paths and pavements around Building 1, the demolition of the existing building 1 entrance lobby, the demolition of the DES portacabin and the demolition of the near entrance lobby and removal of storage containers, the construction of a new surface car park also to the rear of Building 1 with lighting including bicycle parking with shelter, smoking shelter and modifications to the existing Building 1 car parking including all associated site works in relation to these developments.
