Permission to retain the continuance of use of existing permitted 2 storey building extension (756sqm) as previously granted for a temporary period of 5 years under Reg. Ref. 14/554. The development consists of the 2 storey unit connected with the main hospital via link at ground and first floor levels and houses the Acute Surgical Assessment Unit with short stay in-patients admission areas

Permission for the construction of a single storey extension to existing two storey Oncology Building, together with all associated site works

Permission will consist of the erection of single storey low and medium voltage plantrooms, a steel gantry plant deck structure with screening over these and existing adjacent plantrooms for location of 2no. generators over, mechanical and electrical service routes including cable ladders and flu chimneys fixed to the adjacent existing 5 storey hospital building elevation, a new concrete plinth for location of an oil tank, and all associated site and ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development.

The construction of a single storey extension to create additional bed spaces to area known as “ground floor west wing”, together with all associated site works.

The development will consist of the Construction of a Temporary Modular Ward Building adjoining the Existing Critical Decisions Unit and Accident and Emergency Department and all associated ground works and all ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development.
