(k) amend. of kitchen layout at 1st flr-food hoist moved loc., open gantry size decr. & loc. amended, drinks hoist removed & dispense room added instead of drinks servery with add. partitioning (l) overall size of kitchen area incr., reducing size of glazed link structure & outdoor tce 2, (m) removal of covered area in outdoor tce 2 (n) amended loc. of prop. customer toilets to suit new layout at 1st flr (o) glazing to roof updated & windows added for ventilation at 2nd flr (p) incr. overall height of glazed link building with an incr. in angle of roof for drainage purp. Development consisting of modifications to development previously permitted under Ref. 15/710. The modifications for permission will consist of (a) relocation of bar from 7 Arundel Square (PROTECTED STRUCTURE REF. NO. 21)to 17-18 Broad Street (PROTECTED STRUCTURES REF NO 52 AND NO. 687) at ground floor level; (b) widening of stairs within 17-18 Broad Street for fire safety reasons; (c) Lift motor room at 7 Arundel Square moved from first to second floor; (d) Drinks hoists added to new bar area and food hoists relocated from 17-18 Broad Street to new kitchen area at 7 Arundel Square; (e) alterations to proposed roof terrace at first floor level including addition of pitched roof, new structure added for refuge area at new stair, new covered outdoor smoking area and widening of glazed link area; (f) Accessible WC relocated to first floor; (g) revised stair arrangements for fire safety purposes; (h) Relocation of goods lift opening for accessibility; (i) Revised layout of staff areas; (j) Passenger/platform lift removed from second floor level; and (k) revised WC layout at second floor of 17-18 Broad Street

SECTION 254 LICENCE for 22 no. chairs and 10 no. tables on the pavement to both elevations of the premises to create an external seating area for it's customers, also freestanding post and black canvas mesh screen barriers. 0.8m in height and width made to measure for the area
