Retain and continue use of existing detached prefab / modular unit for Montessori / Creche use at existing Montessori / Nursery and all associated works (previously approved planning reg 17/324 relates)

For the following: 1. retain an existing single storey crèche facility change of use from a dwelling house; 2. retain alterations to previously approved single storey crèche extension (reg. ref. 981253); 3. retain existing single storey prefab unit extension to crèche facility; 4. retain single storey crèche storage shed; 5. retain covered outdoor play area; 6. retain changes to elevations, site layout and boundaries; 7. permission sought for upgrading of existing septic tank sewerage treatment system and associated site development works.
