Permission for 1) Construction of single storey extension to existing Restaurant and to include plant area to new flat roof (change of plan to that previously permitted by 17/5636); 2) Internal modifications to the existing restaurant to include a) new kitchen area and lift to serve basement kitchen area, b) demolition of first floor south elevation curtain walling and replacement with windows, c) demolition of vents at basement level, d) all landscaping and ancillary site works. Extension of existing car-parking area to north and west of main entrance front of the hotel, realignment of part section of the existing entrance road at the main entrance to allow for a new formal landscaping feature and turning area and all associated site and landscaping works. The development is within the curtilage of Protected Structures: Castlemartyr House RPS No.00534, Castlemartyr Castle RPS No.00535 & Castlemartyr Tower House RPS No.00968.

1) the construction of new single storey porte cochere and canopy to north side of the existing contemporary wing of the existing three storey hotel, 2) the external & internal alterations, elevational changes and renovation of the existing comprising (in conjunction with the aforementioned extensions of the ballroom, 3) realignment of existing internal road and all associated site works and amended landscaping works, 4) the conversion of existing suite bedroom to male, female and universal accessible wc’s and 5) all ancillary site works. The application site area extends to approximately 1,946 sq.m with the proposed development limited to an area of 534.7 sq.m at first floor level only at Castlemartyr House. The development will comprise: the subdivision of 2 no. bedroom suites, amalgamation with ancillary operational spaces and refurbishments to create 4 no. bedroom suites. The proposed works will include internal alterations (including demolition of existing walls, erection of new walls, infilling of existing doorways and creation of new doorways) and infilling of 1 no. east-facing window. The development is proposed within the curtilage of the following Protected Structures: Castlemartyr House RPS No. 000534, Castlemartyr Castle RPS 00535 and Castlemartyr Tower House RPS No. 00968.

Demolition of existing two storey former gym to south of the Castlemartyr Hotel and Castle and construction of a two storey replacement wedding/conferencing building to include associated parking for 61 cars to south via an upgraded maintenance access road with all associated site and landscaping works. The development is within the curtilage of Protected Structures: Castlemartyr House RPS No.00534, Castlemartyr Castle RPS No.00535 & Castlemartyr Tower House RPS No.00968.

1) The demolition of an existing 2 storey extension to the rear of the existing dwelling and the demolition of existing single storey storage out-buildings; 2) the construction of a new two storey extension to the rear elevation of the existing dwelling; 3) alterations to the elevations of the existing dwelling; and including all associated site development works, all to the existing two storey semi-detached dwelling.
