For a change of house design. The development will consist of the modification of the existing Planning Application 17/590 (grant date 28.01.2018). Modification to consist of demolition of existing outbuildings to side of house and a new extension in their place. This extension will provide a sitting room over and above the provisions already outlined in 17/590, namely the demolition of flat roof extension to rear of house, new extension and provision of waste water treatment system, and associated site works

Of the dwelling and boundary wall as built on site, which differ to that granted under ref 20/219 & all other associated site and ancillary works

For a change of house design at Rhyagonnaught, Doonbeg, Co Clare. The development will consist of the modification of the existing Planning Application 17/590 (grant date: 28.01.2018). Modification to consist of partial demolition of existing house, demolition of existing outbuildings to side of house, provision of 4 no. bedrooms and 3 no. bathrooms on ground floor, study and family room on first floor, along with shed to rear. This application includes provisions for those already out-lined in 17/590, namely the demolition of flat roof extension to rear of house, provision of waste water treatment system, and associated site works

Of the following development consisting of the replacement 3 No existing Velux windows on the front elevation with a flat roof dormer window to dwelling

To construct a 21 metre multi-user monopole carrying telecommunications equipment, together with associated equipment and cabinets enclosed within a 2.4m palisade fence compound including new access track

To install 3 No 2.9m omni antennas and 1 No 0.6m dish to an existing 21m telecommunications support structure, (making a total height of 24.4m), together with mounting supports and associated ground-mounted equipment. The development will form part of the National Digital Radio Service (NDRS) operated by TETRA Ireland Communications Limited
