Permission for the demolition of an existing single storey annex to the rear of the existing single storey cottage, for the construction of a new single storey extension to the side, new one and a half storey extension to the rear and a new single storey glazed link to connect the extensions to the existing cottage. Permission is also sought for alterations to existing windows and doors including new rooflight, widening and alteration of existing site entrance, proposed connection to public drainage system and all associated site works.

Retention of existing metal garden shed building as constructed and completion of study room building incorporating glasshouse, together with associated site works, all to the rear of existing dwellinghouse

Extension & alterations to existing dwelling house. The works comprise of: 1) Extension to southern boundary, 2) Terrace to front of house, 3) Modifications to rear windows, 4) Alterations to parking area and associated works.
