Modification to the existing convent building and all ancillary site development works. The proposed works to the former convent building consist of: (I) the development of 18 no. apartments including modifications to façade of building and the addition of balconies at first, mezzanine, second and third floor levels, minor extensions to the convent building and the provision of 1 additional floor at first floor level on part of the building; (ii) minor modifications to the façade and the addition of balconies at first, mezzanine and second floor levels to 7 no. permitted apartments under ref no. 14/6792; and (iii) all associated internal modifications. The proposed development will result in alterations to the residential scheme originally permitted by ref no. 04/53026 & PL 65211819 and ref no. 14/6792 which will reduce the total number of apartments permitted from 38-31 units

Modifications to the terrace associated with apartment 26 including the erection of a glass balustrade and all ancillary development

Modifications to 3 no. apartments permitted under Cork County Council Ref. No.’s 14/6792 and 17/7332. The proposed modifications consist of: i) the internal modifications to the convent building to amalgamate Apartment no.’s 24 and 26; ii) modifications to the layout of Apartment 23; and iii) all associated modifications to the facade and ancillary site developments works.

Construction of a dwelling house and associated site works including the alterations of existing boundary walls and new connection to services

The construction of a 3 storey dwelling house with 2 site layout options (one to include on site parking) and associated site works including connection to existing public sewer and water main.

A change of use from crèche (as permitted by Ref. No. 14/6792) to use as offices for communal /enterprise/individual(s) use, modifications to the rear facade, and all associated ancillary site development works, landscaping and signage.
