Construction of a dwellinghouse with detached garage, a new site entrance and all associated site works including a new sewage treatment system.

The construction of a new treated water storage tank comprising 1 no. 14.7m diameter twin-celled above ground precast concrete tank; ancillary structures comprising of 1 no. above-ground valve chamber, 1 no. underground concrete scour chamber and 1 no. above-ground telemetry kiosk; and other ancillary development including new vehicular access to the L3806, associated underground pipework and cabling, hard-surfaced internal circulation area, landscaping, fencing and all associated site development works.

Alterations and extension of Dromdihy Coach-house and restoration of adjacent outbuilding which are within the curtilage of Dromdihy House, Dromdihy, Killeagh, Co. Cork, and are included on the Record of Protected Structures. This work will include the following: i) Subdivision of existing 02 unit Coach-house to form 03 dwelling units. ii) Demolition of existing single storey extensions to the rear existing two storey Coach House dwelling. iii) Construction of a single storey extension to the rear of existing two storey Coach House dwelling. iv) Alterations to existing elevations of the Coach House and outbuilding. V) Domestic wastewater treatment system. Vi) All ancillary site works.

The adaption and conservation of ruinous structure to provide a new two storey over basement dwelling house, which includes conservation of external extant walls with new openings in rear wall, alteration and modification of the internal extant structure, provision of new floors, internal walls, stairs, windows, doors and roofs. Repair works to retaining walls to external rear sunken area. General landscaping works to grounds, including regrading of levels adjacent to existing building. Provision of new gate and piers to existing entrance on the L3806. Ancillary site works including provision of new patent waste water treatment system and polishing filter.

To construct single-storey dwelling, domestic garage/shed, entrance, septic tank, percolation area and auxiliary site services.
