The extension of the operational lifespan of a solar farm permitted by An Bord Pleanála under Ref. ABP PL24.248413 (Waterford City and County Council Planning Ref 17/96) from 25 No. years as permitted (by reason of Condition No.3 of permission Ref. ABP PL24.248413) to 40 No. years.

The replacement of a permitted single storey terminal electrical station and a separate single storey electrical switchroom (both previously permitted as part of a solar farm permission by An Bord Pleanála Ref. PL24.248413 (Waterford City and County Council Planning Ref. 17/96)) with 1 no. single storey 20kV substation building on the site of the previously permitted terminal station; and minor revisions to internal access track / hardstand adjacent to substation.

For a single storey detached dwelling, single storey detached garage, wastewater treatment system and associated percolation area, on site borewell and all associated site works at

To install a new wastewater treatment system and percolation area to serve the existing dwelling and all ancillary site works.

To construct (i) Cubicle Shed with underground slurry tanks (ii) soiled water tank and all associated site works

To provide a second pitch for underage games which is to have a 2.40m high weldmesh fence with a 3.60m of ball stop netting over this; all around a new 2.00m high weldmesh boundary fence to part of the Southern and Eastern boundaries of the site, 7.5m high ball stop netting at each end of the existing playing pitch, a 1.20m high retaining wall along the roadside boundary of the site with the existing clay bank being graded and planted, a new 1.80m wide footpath, alterations to the existing splayed entrance and all ancillary site works
