Construction of temporary office accommodation consisting of 869.19sq.m of two storey portacabin buildings, a covered link walkway and all ancillary site works.

Permission for internal and elevational changes to the permitted health and wellbeing clinic (Cork County Council Reg. Ref: 23/4485) including the relocation of a permitted entrance to the South, revised signage proposals, new fire exit to the North and all ancillary development and landscaping works.

The partial change of use from existing ground and first floor offices to a health and wellbeing clinic. The development also includes internal and external elevational alterations to the existing building including the re-location of existing signage, car parking, landscaping and all ancillary development necessary to facilitate the development, and will be accessed via the existing entrance off Eastgate Road

The continuation of use of the health and wellbeing clinic permitted by Cork County Council Reference 23/4485 (as amended by Cork County Council Reference 24/4634).

1. Alterations and extensions including the extension to four floors of the north east corner of the building, the infill of a third floor balcony area, the raising of the roof over stairwells 2 & 3, enlargement of the roof plant enclosure and the incorporation of four ground floor escape doors; 2. the construction of a glazed link corridor, enclosures for two stand–by generators, bin store enclosure and smoking shelter and revisions to the car parking layout; 3. the erection of two number external signs to the exterior facade and associated site development works all to the four storey office building previously permitted under Planning Reg. Nos. 16/7063 and 17/5558.
