Construct a residential development comprising 4 no. 2 storey 3 bedroom semi-detached dwellings, 4 no. single storey 2 bedroom semi-detached dwellings, 1 no. 2 storey 4 bedroom detached dwelling and to carry out all associated site works including, but not limited to connection to public foul sewer, vehicular entrance, roadway and pedestrian footpath and relocation of existing mobile holiday homes within the site boundary.

Permission for the demolition of existing side and rear extensions to existing Public House, change of use of existing Public House to domestic dwelling house, elevational changes and internal alterations to existing Public House.

Planning permission for the construction of 25 no. dwelling units, 10 no. 4 bed detached units, 6 no. 3 bed semi-detached units, 9 no. 2 bed terraced units, provision of access road, walkways, green areas, children’s playground and all associated site works at Glanduff, Kilbrittain, Co.Cork. A Natura Impact Statement will be submitted to the planning authority with the application. The Natura Impact Statement will be available for inspection or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy during office hours at the office of the planning authority.

Permission for the construction of 19 no. houses, improvements to the junction of the R603 and the L-6105, 6 no. visitor car parking spaces along Meadow View Road, new pedestrian access points to the public amenity walk and community field, erection of ball stops nets and all ancillary bin stores, bicycle stores, car parking, landscaping and site development works. The proposed improvements to the public roads include traffic calming measures, the widening of the existing footpath, 1 no. new pedestrian crossing on Meadow View Road and 2 no. new pedestrian crossings on the R603. Access to the proposed development is via Meadow View. A Natura Impact Statement will be submitted to the planning authority with the application.

Retention of demolition of dwelling house and construction of dwelling house and all associated siteworks.

1) Retention for works to existing dwelling house to include: a) attic conversion to habitable space b) material alterations to the internal layout of the ground floor plan & elevational changes from the permission granted under planning permission number S/953/88. 2) Permission for the installation of two rooflights on the northern elevation of the existing dwelling house and all associated site works.
