The construction of a three storey over basement 111 no. bedroom nursing home and all ancillary site development works. The nursing home includes associated servicing areas, offices, stores, staff welfare facilities, doctor’s office, nurse stations, kitchens, dining areas, recreational areas, refuse storage and plant areas.
