A glamping site with access to county road, containing, communal shower building and 3 No. toilet blocks, communal cooking/living building with external covered seating and wood fired BBQ, communal barn style building with indoor play/meeting area, domestic horticultural polytunnel, 5 No. Yurt style glamping tents, converted double decker glamping bus, steel storage unit for storage associated with glamping site, solid fuel store, chicken house, BBQ shack and domestic dwelling for the sole use of the owners. The domestic dwelling has an attached covered, storage/carport and utility/laundry area which does not have walls on all sides and which is uses for benefit of the dwelling and for servicing the glamping site, including all associated and on site effluent treatment unit and percolation area Known as Inch Hideaway.

Permission to erect: a new storage/workshop unit, re locate existing steel storage container and demolish part of existing storage attached to main dwelling, including all associated site works

Permission & Permission for Retention and completion of a campervan, overnight parking site with 15 no. parking bays, communal shower/WC block, on site well and on site effluent treatment system with percolation area and associated siteworks.
