Redevelopment of Scilly House. Works will include demolition of existing substandard extensions, annexes and outbuildings (283.92sq.m). Construction of a new wrap-around extension (176.56sq.m) incorporating new two-storey additions to the sides, new single-storey extension to the rear and a new single-storey storm entrance porch to the front. The existing original three-storey period house (192.60sq.m) will be retained and entirely refurbished throughout. Works will include new roof coverings, replacement period joinery elements, removal of dilapidated slate wall cladding and renewal as appropriate with natural slate, recreate period windows to the front elevation, all new external render finishes and cast-aluminium rain water goods. Additional works will include the construction of a single-storey garage boat-house (56.00sq.m) to the front of the site, reposition the entrance gates centred on the house together with all associated site works, boundary walls, landscaping, terraces and planting.

Permission for the remodeling of an existing 3 storey dwelling to include modifications to the elevational configuration, fenestration, balconies, roof profile and finishes as well as the extension of a living room at rear lower garden level, modification to and the conversion of an existing garage to a bedroom, the addition of a carport with minor modifications to the site entrance, connection to public sewer and all associated site works.

Installation of dormer extension to second floor of existing house

1. Proposed new ground and first floor extensions to existing dwelling house. 2. Proposed new first floor bay window, above existing ground floor porch, and 2 no. roof lights on the southern elevation. 3. Proposed internal modifications, moving living quarters to the first floor and sleeping accommodation to the ground floor. 4. Create new parking deck from public road. 5.
