Site planning risk brief

To erect a split level dwelling house on site waste water treatment system, new dual entrance and all associated site works.

A) Construction of a new single-storey extension to the existing kitchen, consisting of additional storage, staff changing facilities and delivery office including the relocation of the existing service yard enclosure; b) Construction of a single storey extension to connect to existing ‘Sonas Ward’ with internal reconfiguration of accommodation and general elevation alterations to the ‘Sonas Ward’ Building; c) Construction of a new single-storey extension to ‘Dochas Ward’, consisting of 8 no. single bedrooms, treatment room, nurses station and other ancillary support spaces; d) Demolition of existing east elevation chimney stack to the existing ‘Sonas Ward’ Building; e) Internal alterations and elevational treatment of the existing ‘Cuisle Ward’, including construction of a new window opening to the southern elevation; f) Removal of existing oil tank with associated concrete plinth; g) Provision of a new fire-fighting water storage tank and enclosure as well as extension to existing hard standings for fire tender and a pedestrian access; h) The reconfiguration of and extension to the existing ‘service access’ road running parallel to the north of the main Community Hospital building (north of Sonas Ward); i) The provision of an external waste management enclosure, hard standings, external site lighting, roof mounted PV panels, attenuation tank and general upgrade of landscaped areas along with all other associated site works.

Construction of a dwelling house with associated site works

For works to Carrigabrick Viaduct, a protected structure (RPS No. 00296), consisting of the removal of a concrete block wall at the western side of the viaduct, repair and repainting of the existing railings and the construction of new guarding railings, the construction of seating and entry gates, new path surfacing and associated site works. Extension of Duration of permission granted under planning ref: 13/6371

Construction of the following: a) 1 no. agricultural building to include milking parlour, livestock handling facilities, ancillary rooms, unroofed waiting yard & soiled water/parlour washings tanks b) 1 no. agricultural building to include cubicle & straw bedded livestock housing along with slatted slurry storage tanks c) 2 no. walled silage pits & an apron d) erection of meal bin & 2 no. water storage tanks along with associated site works.

To construct a dwelling house along with septic tank and percolation area, construct an entrance and access road and complete all ancillary site works
