Site planning risk brief

Permission for the following works to existing lounge bar/restaurant building (previous planning reference 2896/81) (i) retention of the demolition of 3 no. annexes and for retention of 2 no. extensions, (ii) retention of fenestration/external door changes to existing building and (iii) permission for construction of new extension to kitchen including extension and modification to existing raised balcony area and installation of external access stairs to same

Permission for retention of the following: (i) installation of 10 no. camping pods, (ii) installation of parking area and bin corral and (iii) installation of service connections and all associated site works, all at variance from proposals previously approved under planning reference 17/00704

Permission for the following works at Berehaven Lodge: (i) Retention of existing carpark and access road, (ii) Retention of 3no. existing prefabricated buildings namely a garden storage container, an office/store building and a laundry/store building, (iii) Permission for installation of 10no. individual camping pods each consisting of a timber pod structure with single bedroom and shower room and (iv) All associated site works required for the pods including installation of access paths and service connections

Permission for the following work to existing dwelling:- (A) For fenestration changes to elevations including windows and doors. (B) For change of use of attached garage to extend living area of said dwelling. (C) Permission for part single and two storey extensions to said dwelling. (D) Permission for decommissioning of existing septic system and for installation of new waste water treatment system and for all associated site works. (E) Permission for retention of site works to include the upgrade / improvement of an existing entrance and access road for use for said dwelling.

Permission for the following: a) to change the design for alterations to the existing dwelling and 2 no. proposed single storey extensions granted under Pl. Ref. No. 21/348, b) to construct a new 1.5 storey A-Roofed extension, c) to complete the construction of the new detached domestic garage, the wastewater treatment system and undertake all associated site works previously granted under Pl. Ref. No. 21/348

Permission for the following works, A) Demolition of existing attached conservatory and detached domestic garage, B) To undertake alterations to dwelling to include raising the ridge level to incorporate a new first floor level C) To construct 2 no. single storey extensions, D) To construct a new detached domestic garage, E) To install a waste water treatment plant to replace existing septic tank and undertake all associated site works
