Permission for retention of large domestic garage/shed including covered secure container, retention of two storey and first floor extensions to existing dwelling, retention of changes to ground levels and hardstanding on site and all associated works. Permission for the decommissioning of existing septic tank system and installation of new wastewater treatment system with percolation area and permission for new drainage channel at entrance

Renovation to existing domestic dwelling with, internal alterations, elevational changes and new porch extension to southern elevation, new bay extension to northern elevation and extension to existing basement with elevational changes, new terrace, landscaping and associated site works
