Construction of dwellinghouse, well, entrance, driveway, septic tank, percolation area and all associated site works

1) Permission for retention and completion of a) one no. agricultural shed to encompass existing silage slabs and soiled yards, and b) two no. agricultural sheds with two cubicle houses, three slatted tanks, one feed passage, robotic milking system and dairy store with electrical plant rooms, (alterations from plans permitted under planning ref 21/5656), c) a hardstanding area for baled silage, d) a new entrance onto the public road and; 2) Permission for one new agricultural cubicle house with two no. slatted tanks and one no. feed passage and; 3) Permission for one new calving house with new roof to encompass the proposed calving house, the existing open slatted tank and feed passage (alterations from plans permitted under planning ref 21/5656), and all associated site works

(1) a new agricultural shed to encompass existing silage slabs and soiled yards and (2) a new agricultural shed to encompass existing cubicle houses, slatted tank and feed passage and to include a new milking parlour, dairy room and motor room in place of the existing milking parlour, dairy room and motor room, new slatted walkway, new calving house, new cubicle house and associated slurry tanks and (3) the change of use of the existing milking parlour, dairy room and motor room to dry stores and all associated site works.

The construction of a stand alone domestic garage and store.

To construct a dwelling and detached domestic garage, install a wastewater treatment unit and raised percolation area and carry out of all associated site works.
