The demolition of existing derelict dwellinghouse and outhouses, construction of new dwellinghouse in lieu thereof, domestic storage shed attached to proposed dwellinghouse, new entrance, septic tank and percolation area together with all other ancillary site works

To construct an agricultural building for the storage of agricultural machinery within the existing farm yard and all associated site works

Permission for 1) to construct ground floor extension to north/western side of dwelling, 2) to remove existing flat roof and pitched roof, 3) to construct first floor extension and new pitched roof, 4) elevational alterations to existing structure (front, rear and side elevations) 5) new vehicular entrance to eastern side of site and 6) to install a domestic wastewater treatment system and all associated site works

Permission for retention of 2-storey extension to rear of existing cottage and permission to demolish existing single storey porch and side extension and construct new single storey porch and extension, internal and external alterations to cottage and all associated site works

Permission for retention for demolition of single storey conservatory to rear of dwelling and permission to demolish existing single storey porch and first floor extension and to construct new single storey porch, additional of first floor extension, internal and external alterations, railing to form balcony to existing flat roof, all to existing two storey cottage and all associated site works.

Permission for Retention of a dwelling house as constructed including Kitchen/Utility Extension & adjoining store & out building attached to the dwelling. Permission for Retention is also sought for 2 garden sheds for the purpose of storing timber & garden equipment, a glass house for the purpose of growing vegetables & adjacent pumphouse.
