Permission is also sought for alterations to existing windows and doors including new rooflight, widening and alteration of existing site entrance, proposed connection to public drainage system and all associated site works.

The demolition of existing attached garage to the existing dwelling and construction of a new 2 storey extension to accommodate 3 new bedrooms, minor alterations and refurbishment to the existing dwelling and all associated site works.
