To erect a single storey dwelling house with the roof designed to accommodate a future conversion of the attic to habitable space, a domestic garage, an on-site sewage treatment system, and all associated site development works.

To demolish the existing pig buildings and to construct a new pig finishing building, two no. feed silo buildings, control room, office, toilet and welfare facilities and a septic tank and raised filter bed percolation area. It also includes for a housed new bored well, water storage tank, a part underground covered slurry storage concrete tank with adjoining loading ramp and earthen bund, new internal roads and service yard, a modified existing site entrance, and landscaping, together with all necessary utilities and site works. A Natura Impact Statement and an Environmental Impact Assessment Report will be submitted to the planning authority with this application. The development comprises of an activity in relation to which an Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control Licence is required.

Permission for retention of 1) existing calving shed as constructed & 2) existing dung store as constructed & all associated site works

Permission for a) demolition of cubicle shed, b) decommissioning and infill of existing slatted tank on site of proposed development and relocation of existing meal bin, c) construction of an agricultural building to include a milking parlour and storage room, d) construction of a drafting area with handling facilities in place of existing milking parlour to be decommissioned, e) construction of livestock waiting yard and underground slatted soiled water storage tank, f) construction of an agricultural shed to include cubicle housing and associated underground slatted slurry storage tank, g)construction of a dungstead and all associated siteworks
