Site planning risk brief

Permission for retention of the following (a) Change of location of entrance door and elevational changes to side of shop. (b) Alterations to shop front incorporating advertising signage. (c) Store to rear of filling station forecourt. Permission for provision of an off-licence within shop and ancillary works.

Permission for: 1) Demolition of three existing buildings previously used as a dwelling house, large storage shed & small storage shed. 2) Provision of new veterinary clinic in addition to the existing veterinary clinic on site. 3) Provision of a new store. 4) Elevation changes to existing building and 5) New entrance & car park with associated site works.

(1) Change of use of existing apartment building to commercial office space and reception building, (2) alterations of existing elevations, (3) alteration of internal layouts, (4) construction of a single storey extension to rear of building, (5) construction of a new car park to rear of building (6) demolishing of existing post and panel fence to north of property to allow vehicular flow within existing processing site, (7) construction of one number pedestrian access gate at street side of property and (8) all associated site works.

Development comprising amendments to the permitted mono-pitched licensed discount foodstore (An Bord Pleanála Reference No. PL04.248281, Cork County Council Plan Reg. Ref. No.: 16/06209) currently under construction at a site of approximately 0.2414 ha. The proposed development will consist of the installation of a rooftop photovoltaic solar panel array totalling 984 sq m and an amendment to the opening hours of 09.00 to 22.00 Monday to Saturday and 10.00 to 19.00 on Sundays and public holidays as permitted by Condition No. 4 of An Bord Pleanála Reference No. PL04.248281 to 08.00 to 22.00 Monday to Saturday and 09.00 to 21.00 on Sundays and public holidays.

Permission for retention of the following: a) Windows & entrance door to front elevation of dwelling, b) Single storey extension including chimney to rear of dwelling, c) Two-storey extension to rear of dwelling and ancillary works.

Retention of i) extensions to the rear of the existing dwelling house at ground floor level & ii) extension at the rear of the dwelling at first floor level which includes conversion of part of the existing attic to a habitable space.
