The construction of a road to accommodate a land train and walking tours extending into the Garden Stillhouse Area and consists of the carrying out of works to a protected structure. The proposed works will include alterations to 2 no. sections of the northern boundary wall of the Distillery site to provide (i) access to the Garden Stillhouse Area consisting of the construction of a new ramp, stairs and wheelchair lift and (ii) an emergency evacuation route for the land train. the proposed development will include a new refuge structure, fencing, landscaping including a berm and all ancillary site development works. The subdivision of an existing warehouse to provide for the installation of a new steam boiler system and all ancillary site development works. The proposed development consists of the erection of an external piperack bridge to connect to an existing still house, the installation of 4 no. rooftop flues and elevational changes to the existing warehouse.
