Construction of 21 no. houses

Permission for the demolition of single storey extensions to the northern side of existing community hall, and construction of 2-storey extension, comprising of 30 children creche facility at ground level; office/meeting space at first floor level; provision of new roof slate finish to the existing community hall roof, and provision PV panels to the southern pitch of the existing roof. The works will also consist of alterations to the front façade of existing hall by introduction of additional windows to the first-floor level, upgrade on all existing community hall windows, incorporating access-egress to a front boundary wall, an internal vehicular set-down area, a frontage with paved pedestrian area, and associated site and landscaping works.

The construction of 32 no. dwellings, a stormwater attenuation tank, a vehicular entrance and associated site works.

To convert existing two-storey out-office and stores into parish administration office with reception area, kitchenette, meeting room, sanitary accommodation as well as sundry alterations to elevation, including; new entrance door and sidelight and replacement windows to existing openings and all associated site development works.
