(a) construct a new all-weather synthetic grassed playing pitch, (b) erect floodlighting around the perimeter of the proposed playing pitch, (c) erect new perimeter fence around the proposed playing pitch and associated site works.

Retain existing rear extension and to construct a new side and front extension with new rear roof windows to existing dwelling and all associated site works.

Extension of duration of Residential development for construction of 66 no. residential units with all ancillary site development works. Development to include the construction of 66 dwellings consisting of 8 no. 3 bedroom semi-detached units, 8 no. 4 bedroom semi-detached units, 12 no. 2 bedroom end of terrace units, 9 no. 2 bedroom mid-terrace units, 13 no 3 bedroom end of terraced units, 12 no. 3 bedroom mid-terrace units, 3 no. 4 bedroom end of terrace units, 1 no 4 bedroom mid-terrace unit, construction 3 no. entrances, installation of waste water pumping station, installation of ESB sub-station kiosk, and all associated site development works to include local play areas, open space areas, roadways, footpaths and services with development connection to existing services.
