A 10 year planning permission for 2 no.33kv underground electricity interconnector cables of c.2.59 km in length to be provided predominantly in excavated trenches and include associated underground ducting, joint bays, communication chambers and all associated site development and reinstatement works. The proposed development provides for a change of plan to part of the solar farm previously permitted under Cork County Council planning reference 18/6769 (as amended by 20/6891), 19/5729 and 19/6882 and will provide for the laying of underground interconnector cabling between inverters permitted under these applications. The works will be carried out within the solar farm boundary, on private lands and within the public road. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has been prepared and will be submitted to the Planning Authority with the application.

A 10 year planning permission for a solar farm consisting of circa 14,600 m2 of solar panels on ground mounted frames, 2 no. single storey electrical inverter/transformer stations, battery storage container, battery control unit, security fencing, satellite pole, CCTV, access tracks, upgrade to existing agricultural field entrance, temporary construction compound, landscaping and all associated ancillary development works. The proposed development is a change of plan to part of the solar farm previously permitted under Cork County Council planning reference 18/6769 and will provide for the omission of the previously permitted 38kV substation and a net decrease in overall panel area of circa 10,800 m2 from that permitted under 18/6769. Construction and operational access will be via the L-7634. The operational lifespan of the solar farm will be 35 years. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has been prepared and will be submitted to the Planning Authority with the application.

Construction of a single storey extension to the front of the existing dwellinghouse, alterations to existing elevations and all associated site works.

Permission for a solar farm consisting of circa 235,500 m2 of solar panels on ground mounted frames, 1 no. single storey 38 kV substation and associated electrical compound, 15 no. single storey electrical inverter/transformer stations, battery storage module and associated equipment container, security fencing, satellite pole, CCTV, landscaping and all associated ancillary development works. Construction and operational access will be via existing field entrances from the L-7634. The operational lifespan of the solar farm will be 35 years.

A 10 year planning permission for a solar farm consisting of up to 172,000 m2 of solar panels on ground mounted frames, 9 no. single storey electrical inverter/transformer stations, storage unit, security fencing, satellite pole, CCTV, landscaping and all associated ancillary development works. Construction and operational access will be via existing field entrance from the L-36172. The project will connect with and represents an extension to the adjacent solar farm permitted under planning references 18/6769 and 19/05729. The operational lifespan of the solar farm will be 35 years.

Permission for a 10 year planning permission for the proposed development of an underground electricity interconnector cable will comprise of a 33kV double circuit underground cable route, of c.4.3km in length which is to be installed in an excavated trench including underground ducting, joint bays, horizontal directional drills (HDD), communication chambers and all associated site development and reinstatement works. The interconnector cable will extend from two newly proposed ring main units at the permitted Ballynaclashy Solar Farm to a substation at the permitted Lysaghtstown Solar Farm. The proposed development provides for a revision to part of the approved layout of the Ballynaclashy Solar Farm previously permitted under Cork County Council Planning Reference 21/4050 / An Bord Pleanála Reference ABP 311238-21. The revision to the layout comprises the installation of 2 no. ring main units and the laying of the underground electricity interconnector cable. The proposed development also provides for a revision to part of the approved layout of Lysaghtstown Solar Farm as previously permitted under Cork County Council Planning Reference 18/6769 (as amended by references 20/6891 and 21/5089). The revision to this layout comprises the laying of the underground electricity interconnector cable to a substation permitted under An Bord Pleanála Reference ABP 308979-20. The development will be carried out within a combination of the above referenced permitted solar farm boundaries, on private lands and within the L-7634, L-36172, L-7694 and R626 public roads. The underground electricity interconnector cable will be routed around Tomasheen Bridge through private lands via HDD. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has been prepared and will be submitted to the Planning Authority with the application.
