Create a temporary surface treatment for the purpose of commercial storage of articulated truck trailers, a new vehicular entrance, palisade boundary fencing and associated site works.

The replacement of approximately 206m of existing 2.4m high chainlink perimeter fencing and associated access/emergency gates with new 2.4m high green palisade security fencing/gates, and all associated site works.

The Development will consist of a new waste water treatment area. Works will include the construction of a standalone single storey roofed tankage structure, a two-storey dewatering/sludge building, a concrete slab area, access road, 3 no. vehicle parking bays and associated ground level mounted equipment and storage area. This application is for an amendment to the WWT area previously approved under reference no. 22/4839. The proposed development is on an existing manufacturing site to which the Major Accidents Directive applies, and to which an Industrial Emissions Licence and an Integrated Pollution Control Licence that are regulated by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) applies.

Permission for the construction of a single storey ESB switch room building, single vehicle park space, pedestrian paths and ramps. The proposed development is for a new build on an existing manufacturing establishment site to which the Major Accidents Directive applies. The proposed development site is subject to the provisions of an EPA-Industrial Emissions Directive (IE) Licence

Permission for the construction of an electrical compound and associated site development works. The proposed electrical compound will include an ESB control building, Merck customer building, 2 no. 38kV transformers and all ancillary bunds, equipment, access roads, lighting and fencing. The proposed development is for a new build on an existing manufacturing establishment site to which the Major Accident Directive applies. The Natura Impact Statement will be submitted to the Planning Authority with the application. The Natura Impact Statement will be available for inspection or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy during office hours at the offices of the Planning Authority. The establishment holds an Industrial Emissions Licence that is regulated by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Under the proposed development the site will remain in compliance with all regulatory requirements under existing licence condition.
