Reconstruction of machinery storage shed and associated site development works

Permission for amendment to Condition 3 of the permitted Cork County Council Planning Permission Reg. Ref: 20/589 to allow for the continuation of the use of an existing mobile home for a further period of 18 months (originally permitted for 3 years)

Construction of a mobile home. The proposed dwelling is to be serviced by a wasteater treatment unit and percolation area as permitted under planning ref 19/241. Access to be provided from entrance from the L-4407-26 as permitted under planning ref 19/241

The development will consist of the installation of electronic communications structure comprising of a 12 metre high timber pole supporting 2 no. radio-link dishes, together with wooden post and rail fence with access gate, equipment cabinet, fibre ducting & chambers, foundation and all associated ancillary development works. The development is required to carry the broadband data from the new high speed fibre broadband network on the island, to the mainland by radio link, to connect to the NBI national fibre network, as part of the government's national broadband plan to provide high speed broadband to all parts of the country that are not available commercially, including the islands, at the same data speed.

The demolition of an existing structure and associated outbuildings and the construction of 3 no. residential dwellings and all ancillary site works. The proposed development will comprise 2 no. 2-storey 4-bedroom units (House Types A&B) and 1 no. 2-storey 4-bedroom split level unit (House Type C). Ancillary site works to include 3 no. wastewater treatment units and percolation areas to serve each dwelling, proposed new boundary fence and planting. Access to house type A to be provided from existing entrance to the L-4407-26 while access to House Types B & C to be provided from an additional proposed entrance to the L-4407-26
