Site planning risk brief

The construction of a single storey, rear extension to an existing dwelling house, together with minor alterations and associated siteworks. The extension would comprise 2 additional bedrooms and a kitchenette-living room, to facilitate not more that 6 residents and 2 carers within residential care dwelling house.

Construction of 183m of 2.4m high Palisade Fencing around the East, South and North perimeter of the site and the installation of one manually operated lockable gate suited to match the perimeter fencing.

The replacement of two existing 10m high support poles carrying associated antennae for a 24 metre high free standing communications structure with its associated antennae, communication dish, ground equipment and all associated site development works within an existing fenced compound. The development will continue to form part of existing 3G and 4G Broadband network

To construct dwellinghouse, domestic garage and associated siteworks.

The construction of 3 no. dwelling houses comprising of 2 no. 3-bedroom townhouses and 1 no. 2-bedroom townhouse, and a two-storey creche with ancillary bicycle and bin stores and all other ancillary site development works. The proposed dwelling houses to the west of the site will replace a creche facility previously permitted by reference 08/7515 (as extended by reference 14/4105 & 18/6460) with vehicular access to the proposed dwelling houses being provided via the existing estate entrance from Convent Hill (L-2011) to the north. The proposed creche facility to the east of the site is a change of plan from the creche previously permitted by reference 19/5749 (as amended be reference 22/4960) with vehicular access to the proposed creche being provided via a separate estate entrance permitted by reference 19/5749 (as amended by reference 22/4960), also from Convent Hill

Construction of 9 no. dwelling houses consisting of 8 no. 3 bedroom semi-detached dwelling houses and 1 no. 3 bedroom detached dwelling house and all ancillary site development works. The proposed development is a change of plan from that previously permitted under Cork County Council Planning reference 08/7515 [as extended under Cork County Council Planning Reference 14/4105 & 18/6460] and will replace 10 no. permitted dwelling houses. Access to the proposed development will be provided via the junction and internal road network from Convent Hill (L-2011) to the north as permitted under Cork County Council Planning Reference 08/7515 [as extended under Cork County Council Planning References 14/4105 & 18/6460].
