Permission for construction of a two storey extension for the delivery of Special Needs Education on grounds of the existing Scoil Iosagain Infant school, construction of a single storey extension for circulation link to connect the new accommodation to the existing school, permission for new external play area, sensory garden and all associated site works.

Retention of modifications to the existing nursing home including alterations to the permitted site layout plan, changes to the permitted design and all ancillary site development works. 1. The changes in design consist of: (a) a ground floor boiler room extension with rooftop plant, (b) 2 no. first floor extensions, and (c) elevations changes including (i) modifications to the permitted entrance including a lift core and roof lights, (ii) changes to windows and doors at lower ground floor level, (iii) changes to the eastern and southern elevations. 2. Alterations to the permitted site layout include: 1 no. gas tank cage, 1 no. ESB kiosk, 1 no. water tank, 1 no. underground fire water tank, 1 no. boiler house, 1 no. plant building/store, 1 no. shed.

Permission to (1) install rooftop photovoltaic solar panel arrays consisting of approximately 364 Sqm of solar panels and associated fall arrest system fixed to the Western and Eastern roof slopes of existing main building and (2) carry out elevational changes to the front (Southern) façade of the existing main building. All of these works are proposed at O'Mahonys Centra

(1) Retention of 1 no. fuel pump including ancillary signage, (2) retention of 1 no. electric vehicle charge point including ancillary signage and (3) permission to relocate said 1 no. electric vehicle charge point including ancillary signage.

(1) Extend the existing hard standing area, (2) construct 1 no. rollover car wash and 1 no. jet car wash, (3) install 2 no. sheds (29 Sqm) containing plant associated with the car wash operations, (4) provide 3 no. additional car parking spaces, (5) provide new boundary treatments to northern and eastern site boundaries, (6) install new light pole and (7) carry out all associated site works.

Permission for retention of (1) an existing refuse shed (25.3 sqm), (2) Electric vehicle charge point cabinet, (3) above ground 1600 litre LPG tank with associated works. Permission is also sought for (1) an AD BLUE fuel pump cabinet and ancillary 5000 litre above ground AD BLUE tank, (2) the construction of 2.5m high hit and miss fencing to screen existing 2 no. sheds and refuse shed and (3) the removal of condition no.3 attached to planning ref no. 20/4178, which called for the removal of the two sheds, (29 sqm) containing plant associated with the car wash operations on the expiration of the period of 3 no. years beginning on date of the grant of this permission, to allow for the 2 no. sheds to remain on site.
