Development of site at JJ Coppingers, Protected Structure. The building is a licensed premises. The development will consist of: 1) the restoration work to the main original building, including the re-pointing and repair of all internal and external walls and chimney stack, repair to all rainwater goods, and to repair the existing roof structure, 2) the installation of new windows within the main original building, 3) the construction of a new fire staircase with associated AOV - automatic openable vent, within the roof structure, 4) the installation of new floor finishes throughout the upper floors, 5) the installations of kitchens and staff area at the first floor level and ancillary office and plant room at the second floor level, 6) undertaking all associated site works and provision of services.
