Alterations and extensions to existing chemical process and mixing building, to include extensions to south and west of building and new raised roof over entire building, also to include canopy on north side of building over part of existing hardstand storage area and all associated site works

Demolition of existing commercial garage and erection of storage building including security office.

Permission for 1) construction of a single storey shed building comprising of 2 no. workshops and a W.C, 2) relocation of existing site entrance further north and provision of a widened 4m wide entrance for vehicular and pedestrian access, 3) provision of 10 no. car parking spaces inclusive of 1no. accessible car parking space, and 4) all ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development inclusive of landscaping, drainage (including the provision of a rainwater harvesting system on site, and the provision of rooftop solar panels

Permission for Retention of the following:- 1) Modifications to the works as granted previously under planning Ref 17/6524 including increased size of ground floor front extensions, additional glazing to the front & sides, metal & stone cladding & a flat roof over the front extension, 2) Rooflights in the single storey roof to the rear of the dwelling, 3) Retaining walls & raised patio area to the front of the dwelling, 4) Detached metal garage to the side of the dwelling, 5) All other associated site works.

Demolish existing single storey storage and office/administration buildings ancillary to workshop, construction of a single storey extension for office/administration use ancillary to existing workshop use (mechanical services/steelwork fabrication), Permission for construction of new carpark area to cater for 9 number car parking spaces and for new boundary walls to replace the remaining demolished single storey buildings, Retention of single storey extension, and Permission for all associated site works.

Permission to demolish existing single storey bungalow as well as two domestic sheds, and construct two (2no.) detached, storey and half dwelling houses including the formation of new combined site entrance for both dwellings and additional access driveway to serve one of the dwellings, new site separation boundary, between both dwellings and retain one domestic store, shared between the two new dwellings, complete with all site services and site development works.
