Permission for proposed works: 1) to decommission existing underground fuel storage tanks serving the existing filling station; 2) to install new underground fuel storage tanks on site; 3) to decommission exiting septic tank and to install new waste water treatment system and associated sand polishing filter to serve the existing amenity building; 4) to remove the existing manual car wash from site and all associated ancillary site works.

ABP-301197-18.

Permission for retention in respect of the following works to a dwelling: (A) Alterations to as constructed house type 6B.1, to include alterations to elevations, relocation of chimney and provision of roof lights, (B) Construction of external stores/utility, (C) Construction of garden shed and (D) Revised site boundaries in respect of site No. 8 The Grove (change of layout to permission granted under: SHD An Bord Pleanala Ref. No. 301197-18).
