1. Permission for the demolition of agricultural storage building. 2. Retention of the following: A) Agricultural building to include straw bedded calf housing, B) Agricultural building to include straw bedded and cubicle livestock housing along with slurry flow channel as constructed (change of design from that previously granted under Planning Ref: 14/4644). C) 1 no. unroofed slatted slurry tank and easi feed to the north eastern elevation of “B” mentioned above. D) 1 no. unroofed soiled yard to the south western elevation of "B" mentioned above 3. Permission for the construction of agricultural building to include milking parlour along with ancillary rooms and facilities along with unroofed soiled yard, 4. Permission for the erection of meal bin and water storage tank along with associated site works.

Permission to construct a dwelling house, to install a domestic waste water treatment system and to carry out all associated site works

Permission to demolish existing cottage and permission to construct new dwelling house, detached domestic garage, waste water treatment system, bored water well, rainwater soakpits, new site entrance with associated site works

Permission for minor alterations to an existing dwelling house and detached workshop/store, to improve accessibility, and for the conversion of a detached workshop/store to living accommodation, all for use as a residential care facility for no more than 6 residents and 2 carers. The works include alterations to the elevations of the house and of the detached workshop/store, the provision of photovoltaic panels, and all associated site works.
