Permission for retention of existing single-storey extension currently used as office space, and external access/ fire escape stairs as constructed to rear of existing office/residential building at 154 Main street, Rathgoggan Middle, Charleville, Co.Cork. Full planning permission is also sought for proposed works at existing office building located at no.100 Main Street, Rathgoggan Middle, Charleville, Co.Cork and adjoining office/residential building located at 154 Main Street, Rathgoggan Middle, Charleville, Co.Cork. Proposed works to include; (1) Change of use from residential use to office use of existing first and second floor at 154 Main Street, Rathgoggan Middle, Charleville, Co.Cork; (2) Alterations to internal layout of both properties to provide 1 no. combined office building located at ground, first & second floor of property located at 100 & 154 Main Street, Rathgoggan Middle, Charleville, Co.Cork; (3) Minor Alterations to elevations of both properties; (4) Relocation of existing signage on front elevation to serve main entrance of office building; (5) provision of additional new signage on side elevation of 100 Main Street, Rathgoggan Middle, Charleville, Co. Cork and (6) all associated site works

Permission for retention of two outdoor covered seating areas and Permission for proposed development as follows: a) Demolition of two outdoor covered seating areas, part demolition of internal walls and the demolition of existing shed. b) Reconfiguration of the internal layout to existing restaurant and bar area. c) New proposed kitchen extension to existing restaurant and bar area. d) New outdoor covered seating area with retractable roof. e) Provision of bin storage area and all associated site development works.

Alterations to elevations, signage and first floor extension including raising the roof of existing retail/storage building to include first floor extension and change of use of first floor storage area to provide separate first floor office accommodation with all associated site and ancillary works.

Change of use from a dwelling house to solicitors office.

The development will consist of (a) change of use of unit 1 from retail to a medical centre, (b) construction of an escape corridor in unit 2 with new connecting internal door to unit 1, (c) revised shop front elevations for unit 2 incorporating new exit door and all associated site work

Permission for; a) amalgamation of unit 2 & unit 3, b) demolition of dividing wall between unit 2 & 3, c) change of use from retail to restaurant, converting to a single unit used as a restaurant, d) revised shop entrance/ elevation and all associated site works
