(b) additional plant room floor area of 166 square metres at third floor level and (c) the provision of roof mounted plant on the low-level roof area of the New Product Technology Laboratory building. The proposed development is covered by an existing Industrial Emissions Directive Licence no. P0013. As the development refers to a modification to an establishment to which the Major Accident Directives applies, information as specified in the third schedule of the major accident regulations will be submitted with the application.

Alterations and extensions to permitted pharmaceutical production building, New Product Technology Laboratory (formerly known as Organic Synthesis Plant 2). The works include the following; i) a two storey extension at first floor level on the north west side, ii) a two storey extension at second floor level on the east side iii) a one storey extension to the east and west of the existing plant room at third floor level, iv) a one storey vertical extension of the existing lift at third floor level, v) a one storey vertical extension of the existing north western stairs at second floor level, vi) a four storey extension at ground floor level to the south, vii) an external drum warmer pad with canopy over the south and viii) minor elevational changes at production facility. The proposed development is covered by an existing Industrial Emissions Directive Licence No. P0013-04. The development refers to a modification to an establishment to which the Major Accident directive applies.

As the development refers to a modification to an establishment to which the Major Accident Directive applies, information as specified in the Third Schedule of the Major Accident Regulations will be submitted with the application.

Permission for the construction of an extension to the existing roof level platform for 1 no. air handling unit and associated ductwork over the existing organic synthesis plant 1. The construction of a roof level platform for 5 no. air handling units and associated plant and ductwork over the existing organic synthesis plant 3 including 2 no. cladded screens at penthouse level, 2 no. cladded screens with louvres at roof level and all ancillary site development works at their production facility. The proposed development is covered by an existing Industrial Emissions Licence No. P0013. As the development refers to a modification to an establishment to which the Major Accident Directive applies, information as specified in the Third Schedule of the Major Accident Regulations will be submitted with the application.

Construction of a roof level platform for 2 no. Air Handling Units and associated ductwork and an extension to an existing stairs to access the proposed platform over the existing Organic Synthesis Plant 1 and the construction of a Drum Storage Canopy to the south of the existing Organic Synthesis Plant 3 at their production facility. The proposed development is covered by an existing Industrial Emissions Licence No. P001304. The development refers to a modification to an establishment to which the Major Accident directive applies.

The construction of a 2 storey external utilities piperack extension enclosed with a full height perforated mesh screen at the second and third floor levels to the west, a 3 storey external utilities piperack extension enclosed with a full height perforated mesh screen at first, second and third floor to the east and an enclosed 4 storey access stairwell extending from ground level to third floor level to the east of the existing Organic Synthesis Plant 1 at production facility. The proposed development is covered by an existing Industrial Emissions Licence No. P0013-14. The development refers to a modification to an establishment to which the Major Accident Directive applies.
