A 10-year permission to construct a phased extension of the existing on-site Landscaped Earthen Berm previously permitted under Pl.Reg.No. 16/6558, 18/6137 and 21/6812 at the east of the overall campus. The proposed Landscaped Earthen Berm extension will cover an area of approximately 14,400m2, within a development area of 2.32 hectares, and formed with naturalised contours with slope grade of approximately 33% to a maximum height of approximately 8m above established ground level. The development is for the purposes of an activity which requires an Industrial Emissions (IE) License under Part V of the Environmental Protection Agency Act 1992 (as amended by the Protection of the Environment Act 2003). The current IE Licence (P0009-04) attached to the site will be reviewed for the purposes of the proposed development.The site comprises of an establishment to which the Chemicals Act (Control of Major Accident Hazards Involving Dangerous Substances) Regulations 2015 (S.I.209 of 2015) applies.
