To construct a milking parlour with effluent tank, holding yard with slatted tank, feed bin, entrance and ancillary works

Permission for a) Demolition of an agricultural shed which includes cubicle housing and associated slatted slurry storage tank, b) Retention of silage pit, c) Retention of an extension to agricultural shed containing drafting / handling area, dairy and plant room, d) Construction of an agricultural shed including straw bedded housing, cubicle housing and associated slatted slurry storage tank, e) Construction of a soiled water storage tank and all associated site works.

Permission for renovation of existing dwelling house, with the replacement of roof to incorporate first floor accommodation, elevational changes and a new front porch, also proposed new site entrance and the installation of a waste water treatment system, including all associated site works, including the demolition of farm storage shed.

Retention is sought for 2 no. extensions to side and rear of dwellinghouse

Permission for stable building for recreational use and all associated works, adjacent to existing shed and to rear of existing property.
