Vehicular and pedestrian access will be provided via the existing access located off the Eastern Relief Road, Carrigaline. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has been prepared and will be submitted to the planning authority with the application.
The construction of a new single storey extension to the existing school, for a Special Educational Needs Unit, comprising 3 no. X classrooms and associated support accommodation, and including works to the existing building to integrate the new extension, together with all associated site development works, including a new vehicle and pedestrian entrance from the public road, car parking and set down spaces, external paths and ramps, external play area and sensory garden, new site boundary walling, fencing and gates, together with all associated overground and underground site works and services.
