The demolition and reconstruction of the existing retaining boundary wall in the eastern perimeter of the site and all associated site works at Templebreedy National School, a protected structure (RPS ID No. 0001390).

Permission for retention of pre-fabricated classroom structure originally permitted under Pl.Reg.No. 02/1430 and retention of use of same for school and pre-school. Permission for development as follows: Sub-division of pre-fabricated classroom structure into two individual units, the re-location and re-configuration of unit 2 to a position to the rear of the existing school and to retain it at this location on a temporary basis for pre-school use. Re-location of unit 1 to position to the front of the school for use as a temporary classroom and permanently remove it following completion of extension permitted under Pl.Reg.No. 23/5818. The proposed works enable the proposed extension development site planning reference 23/5818 between Holy Trinity Church, a Protected Structure (RPS ID No. 00642) and Templebreedy National School, a Protected Structure (RPS ID. No 0001390).

Permission for alterations and addition to Templebreedy National School, a Protected Structure (RPS ID no. 0001390) consisting of the construction of a two-storey, 2 no. classroom extension with associated toilet facilities, a single storey entrance foyer link to the existing Templebreedy National School building and all associated ancillary site works. The proposed works to the existing Templebreedy National School building comprise of reconfiguration and refurbishment of the existing toilet block to accommodate a new staff room and new toilet facilities including a new reception office adjacent to the proposed entrance foyer link. The proposed works also consists of the up-lift and relocation of the existing prefabricated classroom accommodation to enable the proposed development site between Holy Trinity Church, a Protected Structure (RPS ID no.00642) and Templebreedy National School, a Protected Structure (RPS ID no. 0001390).

Permission for (a) an extension to front of existing dwelling and all associated site works. (B) Retention of existing extension at the side and rear of existing dwelling.

Construction of a dwelling house, detached domestic use garage & all other associated site works. An existing septic tank is to be decommissioned & removed as part of this proposal.

The demolition of 3No. existing prefabricated classrooms and the construction of a two storey 4No. classroom extension (Total Area 458sqm) including meeting room, toilets and covered link walkway to existing secondary school with associated site works.
