Demolition of existing agricultural shed and erection of replacement storage shed and associated site development works

Extensions and external works to include: (i) a sports equipment store and associated external covered area (ii) a covered walkway and associated pedestrian gateway to public road (iii) the installation of an astro turf football pitch with associated surrounding 1.2 metres high fence and flood lighting (iv) the installation of a basketball court with associated surrounding wall and ball stop netting to a total height of 3.0 metres and flood lighting (v) the installation of a surfaced play area with associated play equipment (vi) landscaping works incorporating a 2.2 metres high interactive wall and (vii) all associated works

Permission for the following: a) Demolish existing balcony structure to the west elevation, b) Construct a new single storey extension with overhead balcony to west elevation, c) Install 3 no. roof lights to the front (northern elevation) roof, d) Install dormer windows to the southern and eastern roof elevations, e) all associated site works

A) Change of front elevation at ground floor level b) Roof constructed over previously uncovered passageway

Proposed works: 1) Alteration to a portion of the existing carpark layout to the western side of the site to accommodate the construction of a new unmanned fuel filling station consisting of 1 no. dispenser pump island, with canopy over and associated outdoor payment terminal; 2) Installation of new underground storage fuel tanks, and all associated fuel pipework, off-fill points and vents; 3) Erection of new 1 no. freestanding totem sign; 4) Construction of new ancillary elec/comms service outbuilding to serve the proposed development; 5) Removal off site of 3 no. existing steel storage containers and adjoining storage shed; 6) Removal of existing timber fence to enable the construction of new car parking area to the east of the site and; 7) All associated ancillary development and site works

Permission to install new PV solar panel system at multiple locations on site and to construct new ancillary storage shed and pergola structure to serve existing Centra retail shop. Proposed works to include 1) construct new ancillary single storey storage shed in south east corner of site to include minor alterations to adjoining car parking area, 2) construct new pergola structure along existing access ramps located to rear of shop, 3) install new PV solar panel system in multiple locations on site including; a) on roof of existing 2 storey shop building, b) on flat roof of existing single storey ancillary building to rear of shop building, c) on roof of new ancillary storage shed, d) on top of new pergola structure and e) along top of section of north west facing site boundary wall and 4) all associated ancillary development and site works
