Retention of a 30m lattice mast together with antennas, dishes and associated telecommunications equipment enclosed in security fencing.

To erect a 30m lattice mast together with antennas, dishes and associated telecommunications equipment enclosed in security fencing and to remove the existing 15m lattice mast.

(a) To construct a single storey circulation link between the north and south blocks (32 square metres floor area); (b) to construct two new single-storey shelter porch extensions (21 square metres & 10 square metres) to adjoin the south elevation; (c) to alter the elevations of the existing south block to provide additional doors (three on the south elevation, one on the east elevation, one on the north elevation with a shelter canopy) (d) to construct new fences to enclose an outdoor play area to the south side of the building, together with associated works to facilitate refurbishment of the ground floor of the existing south block of school to provide three classroom / special education needs rooms and associated staff & support rooms.

(A) To demolish existing 2-storey link between north and south blocks (70 square metres floor area); (B) to construct a new 2-storey extension (55 square metres) to provide new stairs and lift for the existing school together with associated works.

Permission for the construction of a new 60 bed residential care centre (gross floor area 5.270m2) on a site of 2.58Ha comprising of the following; 1) A 1 storey courtyard building with 2 no. 25 ensuite bedroom residential households and a 10 ensuite bedroom dementia unit, together with all ancillary facilities, including reception area, activity rooms and dining areas, offices and administration areas, a production kitchen, service areas, delivery areas, storage, external oxygen storage tank, utility connections, plant areas, roof mounted PV array and roof mounted plant. 2) A proposed new vehicular entrance with vehicular circulation routes, including 70 no. car parking spaces along with associated vehicular set-down area, service yard, 18 no. cycle parking spaces and an internal access road. 3)Provision of communal and private open space, site landscaping, landscaped courtyards, all associated site services, boundary works, site infrastructure, a ground mounted PV array to serve the new residential care building and site development works. The works are within the curtilage of a protected structure St. Raphael’s Centre (RPS ref no. 2833).
