Construction of 12 no. dwelling houses and all ancillary site works. The proposed development consists of the construction of 10 no. residential units at the existing Gleann Alainn residential development, consisting of 6 no. 4 bedroom semi-detached dwellings and 4 no. 4 bedrooom detached dwellings. The proposed development includes the construction of 4 no. semi-detached dwellings which will replace 2 no. detached dwellings permitted by planning reference 10/807 [An Bord Pleanála Reference PL.88.238583], which was extended under planning reference 16/92 and subsequently amended under planning reference 17/82. Ancillary site development works include the provision of landscaping and recreational facilities and pumping station. Access to the subject dwellings will be provided via the existing Gleann Alainn estate entrance from the L-4248 and internal estate road networks. The proposed development also consists of the construction of a further 2 no. 4 bedroom detached dwellings to the east of the site. Access to the subject dwellings will be provided via a new shared entrance from Serpentine Road (L-83371).
